DELIVERY & RETURNS

Next day delivery on UK Standard Delivery orders places before 2pm. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, when ordered before 2pm where ever possible. On odd occasions, we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case your order will be with you as soon as possible. 

Purchases are delivered using various shippers according to the delivery address and all orders will require a signature upon delivery. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email. We will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has left our warehouse. In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on service@moochmoo.co.uk, stating your order number and we will investigate with our couriers and keep you informed via email. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as working days.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached in the original packaging and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website moochimoo.co.uk

How to make a return

Please fully complete the Returns/Exchange Form you receive with your order. If you do not have a Returns/Exchange Form within your parcel please email service@moochimoo.co.uk. Please note we can not take responsibility for returned parcels until they are back in our care, therefore we recommend you return them via a trackable service. The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received. Return to the address detailed on the Returns Form. We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. MoochiMoo cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit. MoochiMoo does not cover the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the date MoochiMoo received your returned goods. MoochiMoo will not refund the cost of the original delivery fee.

Exchanges

Please fully complete the Returns/Exchange Form you receive with your order, stating which item(s) you wish to exchange and what for. If you do not have a Returns Form within your parcel please email service@moochimoo.co.uk. Please post this form along with the items you wish to exchange. The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received. Return to the address detailed on your sales invoice. We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. MoochiMoo cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit. MoochiMoo does not cover the cost of returning the item.We only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge. If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you. Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund. With the MoochiMoo 14 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels still intact, with a copy of your receipt, and make sure that the goods are in the same condition you received them. We recommend posting using a signed for service and remember to keep your postage receipt. If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to avoid customs charges.

RETURNING AN INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM

When you order with us we check the details you provide on 4 separate occasions! So if we are doing our job properly you should happily receive just what you ordered. If we have made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item we will be happy to sort it out for you if you email service@moochimoo.co.uk or call us on 01234 348496.

RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM

Throughout the time that your item/s are being processed it will be checked for quality. The final check is done when your order is packed by our dispatch team so we are almost certain that you will be happy with the quality of your order. If you are for any reason not 100% satisfied or there is a fault please email service@moochimoo.co.uk including your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item/s using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item/s.

When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. Items bought from shows can only be exchanged for other goods or a credit note, they can not be refunded. Wholesale orders are not return or refundable. Faulty items may be exchanged or credit noted.
